With engraved vignettes on title page and page 1 (depicting surgical procedures) and engraved initial on the same page. Printed on bluish paper. Accompanying text by F. Petraglia. Half-parchment binding from the time with title label on the spine.

 Binding bumped at the corners. Parchment covering of the spine somewhat soiled. Inside clean and well preserved. The engravings are richly printed.
