Binding scuffed, in spine repaired. Front pastedown is missing. Handwritten text (prayer) from the time on front flyleaf. Old notes in red ink in margins of several leaves. Brown stain in the first half of the book on the bottom of the leaves, on Fol. XVII-XXVII affecting the text. Old handwritten provenance (exlibris) on rear flyleaf: Jakub Sofian Vodňanský (1545-1601; proper name Walkenberger, Czech clergyman, writer, poet, chaplain and parish priest).
