With decorative title cartouche with the scale of map ("Gemeine Meilen") and 19 inset fortresses of the region (Gradiska, Novi Slankamen, Morovic, Osijek, Petrovardin, Belgrade, Slavonski Brod ...) above and below the map. 30:37,5 cm (11 3/4 x 14 3/4 inch.).

The Hungarian Border as defined by The Treaty of Karlovitz 1699. The map shows the new frontier between the Habsburg and Ottoman Empires.
