Bertius map of the region published by W. Blaeu, 1634. With great heraldic title cartouche with coat-of-arms helt by two cherubs and with a windrose. 64,5:98,5 cm (25.4 x 38.8 inch.).
Koeman II, map 1050H:2 - Shows the empire of Charlemagne - Europe without Scotland, Scandinavia, the Baltic Republics, Belorussia, Russia and a part of Ukraine. - The dedikation in the title cartouche is a chronogram for 1573, which is the date, when the map was originally delineated. - Price includes the frame.
