Webber's drawing. With engraved title below the picture, Cook's ship in the background and many Native Hawaiians in the foreground. 23:51 cm (9 x 20 inch.).

 Depiction of Cook's ship arriving at Kealakekua Bay (formerly Karakakoa) in Hawaii during his Third Voyage (1776-1779). Cook was killed here by the natives on February 14, 1779. - The "first surfer" is depicted in the foreground to the left of center. - Price includes passepartout and frame (47:72 cm).
