Koeman II, Map 9850:2A.2, Ed. 2:231 (1641-42 German) - A very decorative map of the Brazilian coast and part of the known inland. The map is west-oriented. Several decorative and documentary depictions of Native Americans and wildlife are shown scattered on the map. Very clearly shown are the major rivers flowing into the Atlantic. To the side of the left windrose is the Tropic of Capricorn close to the city of Rio de Janeiro.
