Hollar, Wenceslaus (1607-1677). "Mulier Coloniensis. a Woman of Cologn". Orig. copper-engraving by W. Hollar, 1643. Signed and dated lower left. Printed on a paper with a distinct spacing, ca. 1650. With a small collector's stamp of Dr. C. Burkon on verso. 9,4:6,1 cm (ca. 3 3/4 x 2 1/2 inch.).

Parthey 1841. - From one of London's early edition of the "Theatrum Mulierum ... (Aula veneris)" already with notes above, but still with only about 50 sheets, without by Hollar added sheets dated 1648-1650. The first ed. from 1643 contained 36 sheets and the second one from 1644 contained 54 sheets including title.
