It is area bounded by the towns of Kampen, Zwolle, Deventer, Zutphen, Arnhem, Rhenen and in the North by the Lake Markemeer. - Oriented to the West. - Daniel de La Feuille (1640-1709 ), a Frenchman from Sedan, settled in Amsterdam about 1683 and built up a business there as an engraver, art dealer and book and map publisher.
