Published 1617/18. With ornamental title-cartouche (Poznan) and title at the top (Krosno) and ornamental cartouche with explanatory notes (1.-5.). 35:46 cm (13 3/4 x 18 1/4 inch.).

Krosno is a town and county in Subcarpathian Voivodeship in southern Poland. - This view of Poznan and Krosno is from the sixth and last volume of Civitates Orbis Terrarum, published in a much smaller edition than previous volumes, and it is therefore rarer than most of Braun & Hogenberg city views.
