Rare first edition, printed in small quantities. It was printed in London under the auspices of Count - and future Prince - Louis von Starhemberg (1766-1833), friend of the author and dedicatee of the first verse piece. He was Austrian Ambassador to London from 1793 to 1810. - An aristocratic exlibris (Clary-Aldringen - 'Fürstl. Clary'sche Bibliothek') glued Inside of the front cover. There is also a bibliographic reference in pencil (Barbier III. 331). - First 3 leaves with minor water stains, otherwise well preserved, partly untrimmed.
