A rare map of a part of South America (today's southernmost of Argentina and Chile) with the mouth of Rio de la Plata in the North and Tierra del Fuego and Straits of Magellan in the South. With many cities on the coasts of Pacific (Valparaiso) and Atlantic Oceans. - Olivier van Noort (1558-1627) was the first Dutchman to circumnavigate the world.
