Petrus Bertius (auch Peter Bertius; (niederländisch) Pieter de Bert) (14. November 1565 - 13. Oktober 1629) war ein flämischer Philosoph, Theologe, Historiker, Geograf und Kartograf. Bertius veröffentlichte zahlreiche mathematische, historische und theologische Werke, ist aber heute vor allem als Kartograph bekannt, und zwar durch seine Ausgabe der Geographia von Ptolemäus (auf der Grundlage von Mercators Ausgabe von 1578) und durch seinen Atlas.
