Burden: The Mapping of North America, map nr. 86, 1st state. - Giovanni Botero (1540-1617), was a Piedmontese priest, geographer and Secretary to the Duke of Savoy. - Margins on the left and at the top closely trimmed, but without a loss of the picture. A very small crack in the lower centerfold expertly restored.
