Arnoldus Montanus, born Arnold van den Berghe (1625 in Amsterdam - 1683 in Schoonhoven) was a Dutch theologian and historian. In addition to an extensive publishing career, he wrote numerous historical treatises dealing with the peoples and culture of the New World and the activities of the Dutch overseas.
