Nice Kupka's work, typical for this period. - The paper in the margin on the left and in the upper right corner outside the drawing  torn off and professionally supplemented. Left with approx. 1 mm retouch. - František Kupka (also François or Frank; September 23, 1871, Opočno - June 24, 1957, Puteaux, France) was a Czech painter, graphic artist and illustrator, one of the founders of modern abstract painting. He lived most of his life in France. - Price with a nice period (Eck's) frame (35: 64.5 cm; 13 3/4 x 25 1/2 inch.).
